The events of the game take place in Boston in 1925. Self-proclaimed detective Benedict Fox must solve the mystery of a young family. The hero’s body is inhabited by a demon, with which Fox is able to penetrate the minds of the dead. However, the mind is a dangerous place where emotions and painful memories reside.
Gameplay Detailes
The gameplay of The Last Case of Benedict Fox combines location exploration, platforming, puzzle solving, and intense battles inspired by the Souls series. Benedict is opposed by demons and cultists. Environments, improvised items and weapons can be used against the enemies.
The authors promise not only interesting gameplay, but also a fascinating tragic story and an enchanting visual style. The protagonist will visit a gloomy mansion, which will change as the story progresses.
The Last Case of Benedict Fox Release Date
As of this writing, there is no exact release date. The Last Case of Benedict Fox is coming to PC (Steam, Epic Games Store) and Xbox in spring 2023. Moreover, the platformer will be included in the Xbox Game Pass subscription.
