Studio Omega Force and publisher Koei Tecmo brought a demo version of their action game Dynasty Warriors: Origins to the Tokyo Game Show. The gameplay with the game demonstration was published in a separate video.
The Dynasty Warriors series is dedicated to the confrontation of three powers and the constant war between them. Here, warriors are able to throw away hundreds of dummies with one blow and stand up to entire armies. Homage to the Chinese era of the Three Kingdoms is at the heart of the series, but it is created by a Japanese studio.
Origins gameplay shows a global map, where the main character advances through the campaign and chooses upcoming battles. Before each battle, you can choose fighters-generals who will be the protagonist's comrades in battle.
Battles in Dynasty Warriors: Origins have several stages, where you often need to go from defense to offense.
The game is scheduled for release on January 17. Platforms - PC (Steam), PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.
