Eremite Games has announced they're working on a survival game set in the world of Against the Storm. First footage has been shared, though the studio notes the project is still full of placeholder content and almost everything shown is subject to change.
The six-person team admits the announcement may have come earlier than ideal, but keeping it secret felt unbearable. They consider open communication a natural part of how they work.
The studio is also exploring ideas for an Against the Storm sequel, but for now wants to try a different genre first. Active support for the original game has ended, though small updates will continue — the Over-haulers quality of life update launches July 8.
Against the Storm is available on PC (Steam, Epic Games Store, GOG), PlayStation, Xbox, and Switch.
