Agent Spider is joining Invincible VS this winter. Skybound Games and developer Quarter Up revealed the Spider-Man-inspired hero as the fourth and final Year 1 DLC fighter. He arrives in Season 3 alongside a new arena and game mode.
The reveal trailer dropped on October 11, around Evo France. It shows what Agent Spider looks like in-game but nothing about how he fights, so his special moves, combos, and Ultimate attack are still unknown.
Agent Spider first appeared in the Invincible animated series as a thinly veiled version of Marvel’s web-slinger. On the show, he was voiced by Josh Keaton, who also played Spider-Man in The Spectacular Spider-Man. Keaton hasn’t been confirmed for Invincible VS.
The developers leaned into the resemblance in their announcement:
Agent Spider is the last of the four characters in the Year 1 Character Pass. Universa and The Immortal arrived on June 30, and Angstrom Levy joins on October 13 with Season 2.
Season 3 is scheduled for winter 2026-27. Quarter Up had previously targeted December 2026 for the update, but this announcement doesn’t give Agent Spider a release date, and the new arena and game mode haven’t been detailed yet.
Players won’t need the full Character Pass to try him. Quarter Up has confirmed that every Year 1 DLC fighter is playable in Training mode, even for players who don’t own them. DLC characters can also be bought individually, though Agent Spider’s price hasn’t been announced.
Invincible VS launched on April 30, 2026, for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
