Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio prepared a new gameplay trailer for Yakuza Kiwami 3, designed to demonstrate the combat abilities of Yoshitaka Mine — the game's main antagonist who earned his own story campaign in the Dark Ties expansion.
Dark Ties Campaign Details
In Yakuza Kiwami 3: Dark Ties, developers offer a journey into the past to trace how Mine entered the criminal world and transformed into a ruthless monster. Unlike Kiryu, Mine has only one fighting style with its own "rage mode."
Side Activities Included
Naturally, combat isn't everything — Mine also has side activities like raising the reputation of his sworn brother Kanda. Duration-wise, Dark Ties is compared to spin-off Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name. The expansion is built into the standard edition and requires no separate purchase.
Yakuza Kiwami 3 launches February 11 on PC (Steam), PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2.
