Paradox Interactive is preparing to release another expansion for Crusader Kings 3. The Coronations add-on launches September 9.
Developers highlight the following DLC features:
New Activity — Coronation:
- Legitimize your rule with a grand ceremony that will impress your vassals and neighboring rulers
- Intrigue and maneuver to keep members of different factions and adversaries satisfied while ensuring your coronation proceeds magnificently despite the dangers
- Gather your vassals for a great ceremony to celebrate the beginning of your reign
Oaths:
- Take an oath after your coronation and declare the purpose of your rule
- Gain access to new decisions with unique rewards suitable for any playstyle
As a reminder, by year's end, the third "Crusaders" will also receive the Asia-focused All Under Heaven expansion. Its description reads:
Lead legendary warrior clans, rule vast empires, and engage in power struggles in a region rich with history and culture. Whether you want to unite Japan under your clan's rule, claim the Mandate of Heaven in China, or become a god-king in Southeast Asia — with All Under Heaven you'll significantly expand the boundaries of the Crusader Kings 3 world.
