Shatter Flask Games and Rocket Panda Games have announced Cresata, a debut 2.5D fantasy action platformer planned for 2027 on PC (Steam), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series. A Kickstarter campaign is launching later this year.
The game follows Fedon Urasonís, a gifted inventor imprisoned for refusing orders from a cruel guild leader. After escaping, he sets out for revenge and to clear his name.
The developers cite Strider and Castlevania as primary inspirations, with touches of modern retro platformers like Celeste. Key features include a fast-paced combat system and a visual style that combines pixel 2D art with 3D environments.
