Red Dunes Games and Agate have announced that Port of Jumanah launches September 7 on PC (Steam, Epic Games Store) and PlayStation 5. A free demo is available on Steam.
The game is an underwater adventure roguelite spanning multiple oceans, each with its own ecosystem and creatures. Players search for treasure, fight sea monsters, and explore the depths for answers. Gear can be upgraded and new abilities unlocked between dives, opening access to more dangerous and uncharted areas.
Crew members play a key role — players can recruit companions for the voyage, though their exact abilities remain a mystery until they're put to work. One possible crew member is a cat.
Encounters with the ocean's inhabitants can go either way — some can be befriended, others fought.
