AdHoc Studio has marked one year of its superhero adventure, Dispatch, with new content for the Deluxe Edition. The studio also announced that the game is coming to iOS and Android on December 9.
Deluxe Edition owners get two new modes. Cast & Crew Commentary adds more than 16 hours of behind-the-scenes audio across every episode, and the settings let you pick between the cast’s track and the development team’s. Aaron Paul, Laura Bailey, Travis Willingham, and other actors talk about their work, along with writers, designers, directors, and others from the team. Storyboard Mode tells the whole story through the original storyboards, presenting each episode as it looked during development, before the final animation was made.
On mobile, Dispatch will cost $19.99, and the first four episodes are free before you buy the full game. Pre-registration opens soon on the App Store and Google Play.
AdHoc also laid out its other plans:
- New items are in the Steam Points Shop now.
- The AdHoc Studio store has added limited-edition Dispatch merchandise, including posters, comics, and clothing.
- Physical editions for all current consoles should arrive around the Christmas holidays.
- Pre-orders for Dispatch: Design Works, a hardcover collector’s book about the game’s development, will open “soon.” The book comes out in 2027.
- A live concert of music from the game takes place December 3 at Avalon Hollywood in Los Angeles. Ticket pre-sales begin October 28.
Dispatch is available on PC (Steam, Microsoft Store), PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2.
