Developers Koei Tecmo Games have released a new video for Dynasty Warriors: Origins, in which producer Tomohiko Sho talks about the main elements of the gameplay.
Like the previous parts of the Dynasty Warriors series, the new game is made in the musou genre, the distinctive feature of which is dynamic battles with countless hordes of opponents. Before the battles themselves, gamers will have to choose tactics - you can plan a joint attack, or rush onto the field alone. During the battles, the morale and courage of the warring armies play an important role.
Dynasty Warriors: Origins stars a warrior with amnesia who fights during the Chinese Three Kingdoms period. During his journey, the protagonist will visit various corners of China and meet legendary heroes of the era. Players will have nine types of weapons and many spectacular abilities at their disposal.
Dynasty Warriors: Origins will be released on January 17, 2025 on PC (Steam), PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series. Interested players will be able to personally experience the gameplay from November 22, when the demo version will be released.
