The Swedish studio Sharkmob was noted for its good battle royale Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodhunt. Now the company is preparing an action shooter called Exoborne. Together with the publisher Level Infinite, the developers showed a gameplay video and announced that the game will be available in 2025.
The setting of Exoborne is a post-apocalyptic United States destroyed by natural disasters. Exoskeleton-clad survivalists known as the Reborn explore the open world and battle each other, hostile factions, and the elements themselves. The goal of each foray is to collect more valuable loot and get away with it.
The authors promise:
- exoskeleton pumping system,
- vertical gameplay,
- unlockable equipment for every taste,
- public events,
- an exciting plot that will develop with the release of updates.
Exoborne launches on PC (Steam). The game will be brought to the gamescom exhibition, which will be held on August 21–25.
