Why is GOG giving an answer to this? The fact is that the service agreed to host Fallout: London, since the modification turned out to be too heavy for popular thematic sites like Nexus Mods.
To play Fallout: London, you will need an older version of Fallout 4. The developers were unable to adapt “London” for the next-gen update, since even after several patches from Bethesda the title remains extremely unstable. Based on a comment from a GOG spokesperson, ensuring a downgrade to an older build could impact the mod's launch timing for different PC platforms in the short term.
