Flint: Treasure of Oblivion Delayed Until December 17

Flint Treasure Of Oblivion

Publisher Microids and developers Savage Level initially wanted to release Flint: Treasure of Oblivion in October 2024. Later, the release was pushed back to mid-November, but this time they failed to meet the deadline. Now the team intends to roll out the game on December 17.

The new date appeared in a short video dedicated to managing a team of pirates. Why it was decided to postpone the release again is not reported. Most likely, it is a matter of the final touches and polishing before the launch of the game.

Flint: Treasure of Oblivion is an RPG-tactics that immerses gamers in the world of piracy. You will play as Captain Flint, who, together with his team and faithful assistant Billy Bones, goes in search of a mysterious treasure. The developers include among the features of the project a universe based on real and well-described events, tactical turn-based battles, a comic book narrative, and more.

In the video mentioned earlier, the developers demonstrated the team management process. You can hire legendary pirates like John Silver and Mary Read, among others. Sailors belong to one of twelve classes, each of which is useful in its own way. If you place two characters of the same class next to each other, you can unlock new abilities and perform a combo attack. Don't forget to give your charges weapons, although powerful moves can be performed with bare hands.

Flint: Treasure of Oblivion is being developed for PC (Steam, Epic Games Store), PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.
