Front Mission 3: Remake is already available on Nintendo Switch and will soon arrive on other devices. Publisher Forever Entertainment and developers at MegaPixel Studio announced the exact timing.

The updated Front Mission 3 releases on PC (Steam, GOG), PlayStation 4/5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S in one month — January 30. Demos are already available on all platforms.
Tactical RPG with Dual Storylines
As a reminder, Front Mission 3 is a turn-based tactical RPG about wanzers — large walking robots. The game takes place on Earth in 2112, centered on test pilots Kazuki Takemura and Ryogo Kusama. The threequel features two storylines: one follows Kazuki while the second tells the story from Ryogo's perspective. Both scenarios offer views of the same events from different sides of the conflict.
Switch Version Reception
The Front Mission 3 remake launched on Switch in June 2025. This version received relatively few critic reviews, but enough to form an average score of 66 on Metacritic.
