No More Hints from Companions in God of War: Ragnarök

God Of War Release

God of War: Ragnarök was released on PC on September 19. Sony Santa Monica Studios announced a couple of new features for the computer version.

Two settings are debuting on PC that will soon be added to PlayStation:

  • A gameplay option that reduces the frequency with which companions give hints on how to solve puzzles. Ragnarök players complained back at launch that companions would give hints too early and too intrusively.
  • Audio descriptions of cutscenes is a special setting for people with poor vision.

In addition, the developers have prepared a set for fans, which includes:

  • Thematic notifications for streamers - new follower, new subscriber, new donation and new gifted subscription.
  • Wide and ultra-wide wallpapers.
  • Banners for social networks.

God of War: Ragnarök for PC will be available on Steam and Epic Games Store.
