Yesterday, the G-STAR 2024 gaming exhibition opened in Busan. The event was attended by employees of the South Korean studio Neople, who are developing The First Berserker: Khazan, an ambitious soulslike in the Dungeon Fighter Online universe. During the exhibition, new gameplay videos were recorded demonstrating the combat system.
The first video shows the opening segment, with a snowy location and a battle with both regular enemies and one boss. The second video is entirely dedicated to battles with two different bosses in the later stages of the game.
Gamers will take control of General Khazan, who survived death and was exiled from his native Empire of Pelos on charges of treason. Now the hero seeks to restore his former honor and destroy the true traitors. During the passage, players will visit many different locations and discover new equipment, weapons and combat abilities.
The First Berserker: Khazan is scheduled to release in the first half of 2025 on PC (Steam), PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.
