A user named Hawk D Rank Games has posted a short video showing off gameplay from an early build of the new Shinobi.
Let's recall that the series reboot was announced back in December 2023 at The Game Awards ceremony. At that time, SEGA presented a spectacular trailer dedicated to the revival of the company's classic franchises. In addition to Shinobi, footage from the new parts of Crazy Taxi, Jet Set Radio, Golden Axe and Streets of Rage was shown.
The new Shinobi is being developed by Lizardcube, a studio that players may know from Streets of Rage 4 and Wonder Boy: The Dragon’s Trap. There are no official details about the restart, as well as the full name of the game, release date, and list of target platforms.
