IGN has published another 8-minute gameplay clip from The Blood of Dawnwalker, this time showing a side quest.
Coen stumbles upon a ransacked camp in the forest. Following a blood trail, he finds a tooth fairy collecting trophies from two dead men. It turns out bandits have been killing travelers and supplying the fairy with corpses in exchange for gold coins. Coen heads to the bandit camp, wins a brief fight, and becomes the new tooth supplier.
The footage also highlights the time system — completing any quest advances the in-game clock, with the time cost clearly shown in the upper right corner. Coen has 30 days to save his family, but failing the deadline doesn't end the game — it leads to an alternate outcome instead.
The Blood of Dawnwalker launches September 3 on PC (Steam), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series.
