Nexon has announced Embers of the Uncrowned, an isometric dark fantasy MMORPG built around fast-paced combat. No release date has been set. The game is currently announced for PC via Steam.
Players take on the role of an illegitimate heir to the Harberwell family, returning to a world conquered by elves to liberate their people. Three classes are available at launch — Phantom Blademaiden, Executioner, and Storm Enchantress — each with deep progression systems. A gender selection option is planned for a future update.
Key features include an advisor mechanic that brings companion characters into battle, challenging boss encounters designed for group play, raids, settlement development, side stories, and extensive cosmetic customization.
