• Gameplay elements are being demoed.
• No details are revealed.

The release will take place in 2025 on Nintendo Switch.

The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom

A spin-off of the Zelda series where you actually play as Zelda for once, and Link has a voice!

• The visuals are similar to Link's Awakening remake.
• The new gameplay is echoing. Zelda can create copies of things she encounters and recreate them in any other part of the map. For example, you can learn to echo a chair and place it near a ledge that you can't climb without the chair.
• The puzzles are not "disposable" - you can improvise and solve them in different ways.
• Echoes can be not only things, but also enemies - in this case they start fighting on your side.

The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom releases on September 26, 2024 on Nintendo Switch.

Dragon Quest III HD-2D Remake

A remake of the third Dragon Quest in a similar style to Octopath Traveler.

• Narratively is the first installment in the Erdrick Trilogy.
• Features include improved graphics, a modernized interface, and quality of life improvements.
• The first and second Dragon Quest will also get an HD-2D remake in 2025 (seemingly as one game).

Dragon Quest III HD-2D Remake launches on November 14 on PC (Steam, Microsoft Store), PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and Nintendo Switch.

Romancing SaGa 2: Revenge of the Seven Remake

Another remake from Square Enix - already three-dimensional, not HD-2D.

• The original Romancing SaGa 2 came out in 1993 on SNES. In the 2010s, it had an updated version, but Revenge of the Seven improves the game more drastically.
• In Revenge of the Seven they changed the combat system - now it's important to place characters in turn-based moves.
• It is emphasized that plot decisions strongly influence the course of the story.

Romancing SaGa 2: Revenge of the Seven will be released on October 24, 2024 on PC (Steam), PlayStation and Switch.

Mario & Luigi: Brothership

A new installment in the Mario & Luigi series - a kind of hybrid of platformer and JRPG.

• The first continuation of the series for the first time in nine years.
• Promise an evolution of signature techniques.

Coming out November 7, 2024 on Switch.
