The Sad Cat Studios team decided to play it safe, so the atmospheric 2.5D platformer REPLACED's launch once again moved slightly further from the previously announced date. The game now starts April 14, 2026.
Technically Complete, Needs Polish
As developers noted, the game is technically finished but requires more time for polish. Additional weeks will go toward fixing bugs, improving performance, and addressing feedback from demo reviews.
Demo Feedback Appreciated
Speaking of the demo: Sad Cat thanked the community for interest shown in the demo version — player reviews "became real fuel" for the team. Trying REPLACED before release is still possible on PC.
REPLACED will reside on PC (Steam, Epic Games Store, GOG) and Xbox Series X|S, including Game Pass.
