Red Dead Redemption and Undead Nightmare Coming to PC on October 29

The original Red Dead Redemption and its standalone expansion Undead Nightmare will be coming to PCs this month. The official announcement came from the Rockstar Games team themselves.

The developers have published a trailer in which they named the exact release date - October 29. The projects will be distributed through Steam, EGS and Rockstar Store.

The PC version is being developed by Double Eleven, with additional details about the re-release to be revealed later this week. For now, the developers promise:

  • Adapted keyboard and mouse controls.
  • Support for ultra-wide monitors with an aspect ratio of 32:9.
  • Native 4K resolution with a frequency of up to 144 Hz.
  • Advanced graphics settings.
  • Support for NVIDIA DLSS 3.7 and AMD FSR 3.0 technologies.

Recall that Red Dead Redemption was originally released in May 2010 on PS3 and Xbox 360. In 2023, the project came to PS4 and Switch.
