The King is Watching arrives on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and Nintendo Switch on July 29, a year after its Steam launch.
The game's central mechanic revolves around the ruler's gaze — wherever the king looks, that's where activity happens. Glance at a building and it starts producing resources; look at a field and peasants rush to harvest it. Look away and work stops. Managing attention is the core challenge.
Beyond resource management, players must produce rare materials to unlock powerful units and key structures, including a mage guild whose wizards fight alongside knights and archers.
