Today, independent developer ConcernedApe's team delighted Stardew Valley fans with a new version for Nintendo's flagship console. Owners of the game on original Switch receive a free update, while everyone else can purchase the title for $14.99.

Among the Nintendo Switch 2 version features, developers highlighted:
- Joy-Con mouse mode support
- Local split-screen co-op support for up to four players
- Online multiplayer support for up to eight players
- Game Share feature support, allowing friends to play together with just one game copy
