Previously, publisher Nacon and developers at Cyanide Studio were preparing to release Styx: Blades of Greed in fall 2025. However, December has already arrived with no sign of the stealth action game — a delay seemed imminent. Today, the companies officially announced this, but also revealed the game's exact release date.
The additional time will, as usual, be spent polishing everything in Styx: Blades of Greed.
The upcoming game incorporates the best from both previous installments, prioritizing freedom of action and creative approaches. Players controlling goblin Styx must pocket quartz — the most valuable and dangerous resource in a world on the brink of war between elves, humans, and orcs. This task isn't simple, requiring exploration of massive vertical locations, mastering new abilities, and naturally, hiding in shadows. Importantly, this time Styx works for himself and leads his own team.
Players can once again control the cunning goblin in Styx: Blades of Greed on February 19 for PC (Steam, Epic Games Store), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
