TaleWorlds Entertainment has once again showcased content from the upcoming War Sails expansion for Mount & Blade 2: Bannerlord. The fresh eight-and-a-half-minute video focuses on naval battles in the middle of the night.
Naval Warfare as Core Feature
As previously noted multiple times, naval combat will be the DLC's key component. Players can build their own flotilla and take control of waterways. Developers prepared 18 different ships, each with unique characteristics.
Additional Content Beyond Ships
Beyond this, players can expect other additions, including additional coastal locations, companions, flags, armor, and a Viking-inspired Nord faction. The northerners can serve as dangerous adversaries or effective mercenaries.
Mount & Blade 2: Bannerlord — War Sails launches November 26 on all target platforms. Simultaneously with the DLC release, the game will update to version 1.30.
