KRAFTON and PUBG Corporation announced the early access release date for PUBG: BLINDSPOT. The free-to-play team shooter with top-down view launches February 5.
Early Access Plans
During early access, developers will offer a base PUBG: BLINDSPOT version with core mechanics and main content. The studio plans regular updates: refining gameplay systems, balancing classes and weapons, plus adding new features. Early access duration depends on development pace and community feedback.
5v5 Fast-Paced Combat
PUBG: BLINDSPOT is a 5v5 PvP shooter emphasizing quick, intense firefights. During development, developers drew inspiration from the original PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS, transferring familiar military dynamics to isometric perspective.
Familiar Arsenal
The arsenal features shooter-familiar assault and sniper rifles, submachine guns, shotguns, DMRs, pistols, and grenade launchers. Each weapon has unique characteristics and shooting feel.
Bomb Defusal Mode
PUBG: BLINDSPOT's central mode is the painfully familiar Counter-Strike bomb plant scenario. One team attempts to hack a protected vault by installing a decryptor while the other prevents this at any cost. Players can breach walls, set ambushes, block passages, and erect barricades.
Close-Quarters Tactical Focus
Developers paid special attention to close-quarters combat tactics. The shared vision system allows real-time team information sharing, simplifying coordination without voice chat and making indoor battles especially intense.
Unique Character Loadouts
Each PUBG: BLINDSPOT character possesses individual weapon preferences and unique gadgets, including series-familiar guns like Mk14, AWM, and P90, plus special devices: reconnaissance drones, Blue Zone grenades, mines, and classic smoke and flashbang grenades.
Tactically outmaneuver opponents in PUBG: BLINDSPOT exclusively on PC via Steam.
