Along with the release of the DLC, the game received a global update True Torment. In it, the developers also offer a portion of fresh content, namely:

  • A customizable New Game + mode.
  • Expansion of three old areas - the Choir of Thorns, the Sunken Cathedral and the Basilica of Lost Faces.
  • New shortcuts between locations.
  • New types of enemies.
  • A new challenge in the Labyrinth of Tides.
  • Improvements to the Penitent's abilities.
  • Quality of life improvements.
  • A few more new achievements.

Blasphemous 2 is available on PC (Steam, GOG, EGS), PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch. To date, the game has over nine thousand "very positive" reviews on Steam - 92%.
