Obsidian Entertainment has announced a content update for The Outer Worlds 2, coming in early summer. Previous patches have focused exclusively on bug fixes and improvements to existing features — this will be the first update to add new content.
Full details will be revealed during a Twitch and YouTube stream on May 20.
Worth noting: according to Jason Schreier, The Outer Worlds 2 and Obsidian's Avowed both fell short of Microsoft's sales expectations. A third Outer Worlds game is not currently planned.
The Outer Worlds 2 is available on PC (Steam, Microsoft Store, Battle.net), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series, including Game Pass.
