A free Dynasties add-on will be released for Total War: Pharaoh. According to the developers, this is a huge update that will significantly expand the game. We will be able to find out how true this is at the end of July.
Main features of Dynasties:
- Four new major factions.
- 25 new minor factions.
- Over 150 new and reworked units, including cavalry.
- 168 new settlements on the campaign map (due to which the area has increased by 1.8 times).
- New combat mechanics - for example, lethality.
- New mechanics of family trees - the very same dynasties.
- Bug fixes.
Dynasties reworks Total War: Pharaoh so much that it will be added to users' libraries as a separate game. Saves from Pharaoh will not work, achievements will be reset, and mods will require a new version of the tools. The only thing that can be transferred from Pharaoh is the bloody Blood & Sand add-on if you bought it.
As the authors specify, Dynasties will be the last content add-on for Pharaoh. Total War: Pharaoh — Dynasties will be released on July 25.
