In addition to Total War, Alien, Like a Dragon and Football Manager, SEGA is also making smaller games — good, but a little less noticeable. For example, in 2018, the publisher released the hospital simulator Two Point Hospital, and over time, this charming variation on the theme of Theme Hospital turned into a full-fledged series. The sequel, Two Point Campus, arrived in 2022. And the threequel, Two Point Museum, as it turned out today, will reach stores next spring.
Two Point Studios has announced that their new tycoon (this time about managing your own museum) will be released on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S on March 4, 2025. The studio has just opened pre-orders, and fans of the genre can choose between two editions - a standard one for $30 and an Explorer Edition for $40. The latter includes:
- early access (5 days of exclusive access)
- a unique map
- various customization items
- in-game currency ($5,000)
You can also get a bonus Sonic Preorder Pack for pre-ordering. It, as you might guess, includes exclusive items with the symbols of Sonic and his friends. In addition to the blue hedgehog statue in the lobby, you can also erect a monument to Shadow - alas, without the voice of Keanu Reeves.
Let us recall that in the Two Point series, gamers are required to build institutions and then manage them. In the Two Point Museum, for example, you will need to hold exhibitions, replenish the collection of exhibits, open restaurants and souvenir shops, and collect donations. It sounds ordinary, but judging by the preview, you won’t be bored in the game: if you believe the journalists, it hides many surprises.
In honor of the announcement of the release date, SEGA also decided to hold a sale of the first two parts of the series. In the next few days, Two Point Hospital and Two Point Campus will be sold on Steam with an 80% discount (and DLC for them with a 50% discount).
