Fatshark recently celebrated the 10th anniversary of the Tide series, which includes Warhammer: End Times — Vermintide, Warhammer: Vermintide 2, and Warhammer 40,000: Darktide. To mark the occasion, the developers dropped a special trailer packed with player stats and shared their content roadmap for the coming months.
What's Coming
Warhammer: Vermintide 2:
- The Geheimnisnacht event runs through November 2
- November 20 brings the expanded Return to the Reik map, which fans may remember from the original game
- December 9 through January 3: Gifts of the Wolf-Father event featuring special rewards and double XP
Warhammer 40,000: Darktide:
- The Stolen Rations event runs through November 10
- November 11: New class reveal
- December 2: Major update drops alongside a special event
The devs noted that future story chapters won't always launch alongside new classes. As for Warhammer: Vermintide 3, the team confirmed they have no plans for a threequel yet — they're still working on bringing their full vision for Vermintide 2 to life.
