The sequel builds on the original game with redesigned grass technology, varied suburban, commercial, and municipal jobs, and an explorable headquarters where players can manage contracts, customize their character, and expand their equipment fleet. Alongside mowing and trimming, players can clear weeds and use new leaf blowers and rakes to collect large quantities of leaves. The game features carefully recreated equipment from Kubota, SCAG and STIGA, plus changing garden layouts that make repeat visits feel less predictable. Lawn Mowing Simulator 2 is designed as a realistic, relaxing single-player business simulation.
