Bethesda has officially confirmed the PS5 release date for Starfield and revealed everything coming alongside it.
The PlayStation 5 version launches April 7 in two editions: Standard at $49.99 and Premium with all additional content at $69.99. PC and Xbox Series pricing will also be adjusted. The port launches alongside the free Free Lanes update and the paid Terran Armada DLC.

- New X-Tech crafting mechanic — a new resource lets players upgrade gear, weapons (swapping legendary modifiers), and ship modules
- Enemy modifiers including extra defense, increased speed, and elemental damage
