Pearl Abyss has released another content patch for Crimson Desert, adding outdoor decoration placement, new crafting tools, and various gameplay improvements.
New Content
Players can now place items on the land surrounding their home. Two new crafting stations have been added: a Workbench, usable at the Grey Mane camp, Timberhem sawmill, and other locations; and a Loom, usable at Ernando's tailor workshop and other locations.
Between them, the two stations let players craft 58 new items:
- Tools (4 types)
- Totem pole (10 types)
- Fountain (7 types)
- Well (6 types)
- Fire pit (8 types)
- Street lamp (6 types)
- Rug (4 types)
- Flower basket holder (6 types)
- Automated toy (4 types)
- Music box (1 type)
- Pet furniture (2 types)
Items can also be found in shops, toy gacha machines, and lucky chests, or obtained via the flower basket quest and Dragon Bead challenges.
Damiann and Unca can now use the Visione ability to view memories, and both characters can now ride Black Star. New cosmetics include five new headwear pieces and one armor set for Cliff, new gloves for Damiann, and a new ring available for all characters.
Improvements
When replaying a battle such as a boss fight, the game now saves the previously selected weapon, equipped item, quick-use slots, and other settings. The Leap skill can now be used in safe zones. Unca and Damiann can now learn the Nature's Veil skill through the Watch and Learn mode. A bug causing enemy icons to occasionally disappear from the minimap has been fixed. A text size configuration window now appears at game launch.
Crimson Desert is available on PC (Steam, Epic Games Store), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series.
