KING Art has released a nearly 15-minute gameplay demo for Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War 4 showing a 1v1 Annihilation match between creative director Jan Theysen playing Orks and lead tester Orvie Thumel — a former Dawn of War 2 caster — playing Necrons.
The video showcases late-game Necron abilities not previously shown, the Orks' signature aggressive playstyle, match setup options, and upcoming changes to the Necron Power Matrix system based on community feedback.
Orks and Necrons are two of the four launch factions alongside Space Marines and Adeptus Mechanicus. The first additional faction arrives in summer 2027 with the Aftermath DLC.
Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War 4 launches December 3 on PC via Steam.
