The Red Prince

The Red Prince

  • Profession: Noble, Scholar
  • Class Talent: Opportunist
  • Racial Talents: Sophisticated, Spellsong

The Red Prince is a lizard warrior who can knock out enemies, as well as strengthen the physical armor of allies or himself using the Fortify geomancy skill. His default class is Fighter and his origin quest is Redemption.

In short, the story of the Red Prince is as follows: he is the heir to the ancient empire of lizards, which is now in conflict with the Divine Order of people, headed by Bishop Alexander.

For communication with demons, the prince was expelled from his state and deprived of all the rights to the throne. Moreover, in order to eliminate the potential threat, the House of Shadows sent hired assassins after him, who regularly attempted to assassinate him. Now the Red Prince intends to return what belongs to him by right, and you are free to help him in this difficult matter.

How to Find the Red Prince?

Red Prince Location

You can find the Red Prince in several locations. Firstly you can find the companion in the kitchen of the Merryweather ship, next to lizard Namiyah (X: 58, Y: -243).

Next time you can meet the Red Prince at Fort Joy, he will be standing on the rock overlooking the sea (X: 165, Y: 282).

At the Lady Vengeance, before departing Fort Joy, you can find him near Simone on the upper deck (X:621, Y:544).

When to Take to the Party?

Take Red Prince if you need a hero, who deals good physical damage, as he has a good physique and strength. Start the battle with skills: battle stomp, bouncing shield, and fortification.

The Red Prince also has good resistance to the elements (fire and poison). So, you may take him if you have problems with protection against fire or poison.

The Beast

The Beast
  • Race: Dwarf
  • Gender: Male
  • Profession: Barbarian, Noble
  • Class Talent: Comeback Kid
  • Racial Talents: Dwarven Guile, Sturdy

The Beast, also known as Marcus Miles, is a Battlemage with a price quest The Beast o’ the Sea. He is a dwarven noble who was once a sailor and a pirate known across the seas for his defiance and strength. He comes from a royal lineage but has a complicated relationship with his heritage.

Beast is a rebel at heart, having led a rebellion against the Queen of the Dwarves, Justinia, who he believes is leading their people down a dark path. His rebellion aimed to stop the Queen from executing a catastrophic plan that could endanger not only the Dwarven kingdom but also the wider world.

How to Find The Beast?

The Beast Location

You have the opportunity to take the Beast to your party in several locations.

On Merryweather, you can find the Beast sitting among the dwarves (X: 51, Y: -244).

On Fort Joy, he will be near a ruined ship from which he is trying to get planks.

At Lady Vengeance, before departing Fort Joy, you can find Marcus Miles near the ballistae in the middle of the Cabin (X: 306, Y: 584).

When to Take to the Party?

Take The Beast if you need a team tank. Dwarves gain good vitality and dodge bonuses. Although he was originally a battle mage, you can make an excellent tank out of him. The character will be good for balancing physical and magical damage in a team.

The Beast is good if you need skills to disable your enemies. As a dwarf, he can start combat with skills such as Petrifying Touch and Blinding Squall.

Sebille

Sebille
  • Race: Elf
  • Gender: Female
  • Profession: Outlaw, Scholar
  • Class Talent: The Pawn
  • Racial Talents: Ancestral Knowledge, Corpse Eater

Sebille is a companion in Divinity: Original Sin 2. She is an elven assassin with a dark past and a private quest Hunt for the Master for vengeance. Her primary class in the game is Rogue.

Sebilla’s story is simple. In the past, she was caught by some kind of lizard that kept her in slavery for many years. At one point, the elf managed to break free, and now she knows nothing but the satisfaction of her anger and seeks revenge. Sibylla wants to finish off her former master, in which the hand of her faithful comrade will come in handy.

How to Find Sebille?

Sebilla Location

The first time you can find Sebille on Merryweather, where she will be playing dice in the corner (X: 45, Y: -249).

On Fort Joy, you can find her in the kitchen of Fort Joy Ghetto spying on Stingtail and later follows him to his camp (X: 180, Y: 102).

At Lady Vengeance, before departing Fort Joy, she will be sitting in the Lower Deck (X: 299, Y: 507).

When to Take to the Party?

Take Sebilla if you need a sneaky character. Her default class is Rogue. She receives bonus points for agility and the ability to sneak unnoticed. Moreover, she can attack in the back with high damage.

If you want to take a corpse eater talent and unlock the memories of the dead, then Sebilla is your choice. Eating corpses gives this character HP, and can also reveal lots of additional information.

Sebilla can unlock chests and some doors easily. So I recommend taking her to obtain more loot and rewards.

Lohse

Lohse
  • Race: Human
  • Gender: Female
  • Profession: Jester, Mystic
  • Class Talent: Far Out Man
  • Racial Talents: Ingenious, Thrifty

Lohse is a human musician and enchanter in Divinity Original Sin 2, who uses hail (freeze + damage), electrical discharge (lightning strike), and recovery (HP regeneration).

In the past, Lowse was a minstrel who traveled the world and gave concerts with her troupe. She was always distinguished by great cheerfulness and unconventional outlook on the world, so unconventional that it could not be explained by ordinary talent.

It turned out that in Lohse’s head, there were voices that filled the course of her life with rich colors. This continued until a certain moment until the rest of the souls were drowned out by a certain demon, whose goal is to take possession of the heroine’s mind.

Loрse often loses control of herself due to the evil entity that dwells in her, and that’s why she needs your support. She wants to find a mystic who can help get rid of the parasite in her quest The Thing Inside.

How to Find Lohse?

Lohse Location

You can find Lohse on the Merryweather surrounded by three children who ask her to sing (X: 41, Y: -234), or after the ship sinks, where she will be in front of Lucian’s statue within the Fort Joy Ghetto (X: 203, Y: 166).

When to Take to the Party?

Choose Lohse if you need a magician. Being an enchanter, she starts with such skills as electric discharge, rain, and hail strike. She’s great at dealing damage!

She has a maddening song. This is a special skill that she starts with. This skill makes enemies attack each other. A very useful disable in a fight.

Lohse has a great talent for critical hit chance. The talent grants her a 5% additional critical strike chance and a 10% additional critical strike multiplier.

Ifan Ben-Mezd

Ifan Ben Mezd
  • Race: Human
  • Gender: Male
  • Profession: Outlaw, Soldier
  • Class Talent: Pet Pal
  • Racial Talents: Ingenious, Thrifty

Ifan ben-Mezd is an ex-paladin and potential companion in Divinity: Original Sin 2. His class is a Wayfarer and his private quest is A Wolf Alone. Ifan’s class is the Wayfarer, who is capable of dealing high damage with ranged weapons and also uses the skills of geomancy.

Ifan’s story is straightforward but interesting. Once he served in the army of the Divine Order, but then, disappointed in their methods and goals, he decided to leave the hated ranks.

However, Ifan did not go to the bottom and chose a different option: to stop the atrocities of the Order – Bishop Alexander. So, Ifan needs your help in the private quest A Wolf Alone.

How to Find Ifan Ben-Mezd?

Ifan Ben Mezd Location

The first time you can meet Ifan Ben-Mezd on Merryweather, standing near magister Viktar.

The second time you will meet him on Fort Joy with a crossbow in the city square, where he will protect the elf from some brute (X: 204, Y: 136). You can help the elf or pass by.

At Lady Vengeance before departing Fort Joy, you can find Ifan in the Cabin behind the stairs leading to the upper deck (X: 329, Y: 579).

When to Take to the Party?

If you don’t have enough damage, you can take Ifan, who can deal a lot of damage with critical hits.

If you want to interact with animals, which may be rather useful, Ifan is an excellent choice. Animals can give additional knowledge and special quests.

Ifan has another useful ability – summon a wolf, which can also help you in battles. By absorbing and damaging enemies, the wolf can become a good ally and protector on the battlefield.

Fane

Fane
  • Race: Human, Undead
  • Gender: Male
  • Profession: Mystic, Scholar
  • Class Talent: Far Out Man
  • Racial Talents: Ingenious, Undead

Fein is an undead Eternal scholar, who has one of the most interesting stories among the rest of the party members. Fein is a Wizard, who belongs to an ancient civilization that has long disappeared, leaving behind only a few survivors.

Apart from Fein himself, the so-called Seven – the gods of the current races of Rivellon – also live in the world, and this hero belongs to their family. He seeks to find out what happened to his race and if is there any way to turn back time. You can help him in his private quest: Scholar from Times Past.

How to Find Fane?

Fane Location

You can find the Fane in several places. The first time you can meet him is in the Merryweather (X: 60, Y: -233), where he’ll be reading a book in elven disguise.

At Lady Vengeance, before departing Fort Joy, you can meet him standing in the Cabin (X: 279, Y: 596).

When to Take to the Party?

Fane can open chests using his bone fingers, without any additional tools. Moreover, you can upgrade this skill.

If you need some more magical damage, you need to keep a Fane with you. As he is a wizard by default, Fane starts out with searing daggers, fossil strike, and ignition. Most of his skills can deal good fire and explosive damage.
