How to Get Core Wood?
Core Wood can be obtained as a drop from the Pine trees in the Black Forest. So, to get some Core Wood in Valheim, you need to go to the Black Forest, the second location after Meadows.
In the Black Forest, you will find many Pine trees - they are tall, with a bare tree trunk. It can be chopped with a Stone axe, so be sure you have one.
After you chop the Pine tree and its logs, you will get some Core Wood and general wood.
Core Wood weighs 2.0 each and can be up to 50 items in a stack.
How to Farm Core Wood?
To get the Core Wood faster and easier, you can from Pine trees near your base. Use a Cultivator to plant Pine cones, wait 3 in-game days, and then you will get the Pine tree you can chop.
