Horizon Zero Dawn: Metal Flower Locations

Mark 1 Metal Flowers

There are 10 Mark 1 Metal Flowers that are placed mostly in the East of the map, on the Nora lands and near.

Mark 1-A Metal Flower

The first metal flower in Horizon Zero Dawn can be found in the ruins you explored during the prologue. To access it, use your spear to break the stalagmites blocking the entrance to the treasure chambers. In the chamber farthest from the exit, you'll come across the flower.

Mark 1-B Metal Flower

The next metal flower is located high on the mountain. The quickest route to get it is by using the ropes near Rost’s house. Alternatively, you can head west from Rost’s house, jump from the rock ledge, and you'll find yourself right next to the treasure.

Mark 1-C Metal Flower

The next Metal Flower is located near the abandoned village, between Embrace and Mother’s Crown. Veer slightly off the main road, and you'll easily spot the Horizon Zero Dawn metal flower.

Mark 1-D Metal Flower

The fourth metal flower is located in the area you've explored during The War-Chief’s Trail quest. The flower is growing near the cultists' camp you attacked during the mission.

Mark 1-E Metal Flower

The flower 1 E is located near the ruins of ancestors. The marker might be less visible in daylight due to the environment's colors, but your Focus can easily help you spot it.

Mark 1-F Metal Flower

The next Metal Flower is located in the second set of ruins, outside of Embrace. Reaching the cave, jump into the water, and swim directly. You’ll find the metal flower on the left.

Mark 1-G Metal Flower

The 1-G Metal Flower is located on the other side of Devil's Grief. It's easy to spot it, but be cautious as two Sawtooths patrol the area. If you move quietly, you can retrieve the flower without engaging in combat.

Mark 1-H Metal Flower

The next Metal Flower in Horizon Zero Dawn is located near one of the campfires, on the north of the map. However, there is a Glinthawk nest nearby, so be attentive.

Mark 1-I Metal Flower

1-I flower is hidden within the bushes not far from the Valleymeet Hunting Grounds. It might be slightly harder to find. In this area, you may encounter a few machines, but they shouldn't cause any significant issues during your search.

Mark 1-J Metal Flower

The final flower from the Mark 1 set is located near the road that connects Mother’s Crown and Hunter’s Gathering.

Mark 2 Metal Flowers

Most of the Mark 2 Metal Flowers in Horizon Zero Dawn are challenging to find. They are located across the middle and north parts of the map, with some located in the far east.

Mark 2-A Metal Flower

The first Metal Flower from Mark 2 is located to the north of the Dawn's Sentinel's gates. After you go through the game, turn right, defeat all the machines, and you will see the flower under the rock. 

Mark 2-B Metal Flower

On your way to the Dawn's Sentinel's gates, near the lake, you'll find the flower on a small island within the Snapmaws' nest. Use the shore as a reference point to guide you.

Mark 2-C Metal Flower

The 2-C Mark Metal Flower is located near the river, to the north of the Lone Light Settlement. Rather easy to find and get.

Mark 2-D Metal Flower

The next Horizon Zero Daw metal flower is located to the north of the Sunfall settlement. However, it is located on the mountain, so you need to go around the mountain and climb it from the back.

Mark 2-E Metal Flower

The next Metal flower location is near the Free Heap settlement, where Thunderjaw lives. If you don't have enough level to defeat it, the best way to get the metal flower is to make a dash, collect it, and then run away.

Mark 2-F Metal Flower

You will find the 2-F Metal Flower to the west of the Pitchcliff settlement. You'll need to climb the nearby mountain range. As you get to the top, aim for the mountain's highest peak.

Mark 2-G Metal Flower

The next metal flower in Horizon Zero Dawn is located to the north of the Pitchcliff settlement. Before you can get it, I recommend defeating all Stormbirds near it.

Mark 2-H Metal Flower

2-H Metal Flower is located in the western part of the map, near the Blazon Arch settlement. Easy to find, but be aware of Glinthawk.

Mark 2-I Metal Flower

To reach the next metal flower, first, head to the campfire closest to the Dimmed Bones ruins. Once there, proceed inside and follow the marker. Be cautious, as the area is patrolled by a Ravager and three Glinthawks.

Mark 2-J Metal Flower

The last flower from Mark 2 is located on the huge lake, on another side of the Kestrel's Perch gates. Ascend the mountain, defeat the nest of Snapmaws’ and get your metal flower.

Mark 3 Metal Flowers

The last part of Metal Flowers in Horizon Zero Dawn is located on the south part of the map. You will find the majority of flowers in the jungles and desert biomes.

Mark 3-A Metal Flower

The Mark 1-A Metal Flower is located in a tropical area, between two small rocks, to the east of The Estate settlement. You will find it near the old twisted tree.

Mark 3-B Metal Flower

The next Metal Flower is to the south of the Day's Height gate, in the desert. It is spotted near the Glinthawk nest, so be attentive. It's better to kill all of them first.

Mark 3-C Metal Flower

This metal flower is located high in the mountains, between the desert and the wild land of the Nora tribe. There will be a group of Sawtooth machines, so be careful. 

Mark 3-D Metal Flower

The 3-D Metal Flower is located to the west of the Cauldron XI, in the jungles. You can easily find it near the road, but be aware of several Bellowbacks near the flower.

Mark 3-E Metal Flower

You will find the next flower to the south of Meridian Village. It is located on the top of the high rock, so you need a few minutes to climb it. You will also find a merchant there.

Mark 3-F Metal Flower

The Mark 3-F flower is located to the west of the Spearshafts Tallneck, near the campfire.

Mark 3-G Metal Flower

The next flower is easy to find. It is located in a tropical area, to the west of Evening's Sign gate. 

Mark 3-H Metal Flower

Mark 3-H Flower is easy to spot. It is located on the route of the Copper Deeps Tallneck, near the Gatelands.

Mark 3-I Metal Flower

The next Metal Flower is located right in the middle between Meridian and Day's Height gate, on the high rock. After you claim it, you should defeat the Glinthawks.

Mark 3-J Metal Flower

The last Metal Flower is located under the bridge, near the Lone Light settlement.
